Ms. Bazzazieh has dedicated her practice to exclusively serving tribal governments and tribally-owned entities throughout the United States in a wide variety of matters, focusing largely on the promotion of tribal self-governance. Ms. Bazzazieh has successfully streamlined and strengthened the administration of numerous tribal governmental operations by drafting various tribal ordinances and policies, assisting in tribal constitution amendments, and facilitating federal 638 contracts. She has extensive gaming experience and works tirelessly to promote the effective operations of multi-million dollar tribal gaming facilities and preserve tribal economic interests with state, local and federal governments.

Ms. Bazzazieh zealously advocates on behalf of tribal clients at the local, state, and federal levels to defend and safeguard tribal self-governance and, in doing so, has assisted in restoring government-to-government relations between the United States and Indian tribes. Ms. Bazzazieh has effectively represented tribal clients in numerous litigation matters before tribal, administrative, state, and federal tribunals.

Ms. Bazzazieh received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, and received her Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Maryland.
